Moody Mini Session Letter Agreement:

Included for the non-refundable and non-transferable $900 + tax Moody Mini Session reservation fee are: a 30-minute session for one child aged 4 or older at the selected time slot at the studio and an ordering appointment immediately following. Also included is a $600 image credit. Special Moody Mini packages of 8 prints + matching digital files begin at $1200.

COPYRIGHT/COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT: Olivia Grey Pritchard Photography reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication or other purposes. The Client signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend the Studio and Photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use. Negatives, digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of Olivia Grey Pritchard Photography.
