Included for the non-refundable and non-transferable $590 + tax Pet Mini Session booking fee are: a session on December 5th, 2025 at the selected time slot at the studio and two (2) high resolution digital files with print release. Clients will choose their images immediately after their session.
CANCELLATION/LATE ARRIVAL: The client agrees to arrive several minutes early for their session slot. No refunds will be given if a client misses the appointment. We unfortunately cannot push back time slots for late arrivals as that affects the following appointments. Olivia Grey Pritchard Photography is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. Olivia Grey Pritchard Photography may elect to reschedule a late client, if the studio schedule allows, for an additional $200 fee. If the client does not complete their session ordering appointment within one month of the session date, they forfeit the reservation fee and any art credit.
COPYRIGHT/COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT: Olivia Grey Pritchard Photography reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication or other purposes. The Client signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend the Studio and Photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use. Negatives, digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of Olivia Grey Pritchard Photography. It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without Olivia Grey Pritchard Photography’s written permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
