what we do at one year old!

This adorable little guy was so sweet at his One-Year Session! He was very solemn and pensive. He really took everything in and you could tell he was processing all the new spaces around him. I also love that this family wanted to have some portraits taken with their four-legged kiddo, so I definitely worked her in to a few family portraits!

You may have noticed here at Olivia Grey Pritchard Photography that I do things a little differently at my studio than other baby and family photographers. Over the years I've had my studio here in New Orleans, I've found what I think is the best way to capture your growing family at the most important stages. The One-Year Session is such a BIGGIE! And for us, it's a family session. Of course I get beautiful solo shots of your tot playing and exploring, but I really want to give you those images that show your relationship with your baby. For me, the photos aren't about just what he looks like, but really who he is. And, what better way to show that than with a series of images that include the whole family? The sweet snuggles and little faces (and even the crying!) that make your baby unique are the moments you want to remember forever!
